  The Practice of the Future Conference 2024 was held at the Maslow hotel, Pretoria. There were more than 350 delegates that joined the day from all types of specialities. 
  
  We had an eventful day with a full-packed programme in both halls. Exhibitors were allowed to exhibit their products and businesses, although there was not enough space for all the exhibitors who wanted to attend as exhibitors.

  GoodX offers interactive training to all people where they are new clients, existing clients or just people that wants to find more out about our software or what features we offer.

  The interactive training booths are divided into different areas of expertise. 

  Each booth will have staff available to give the help needed to the relevant person with the enquiry.

  Every year we ensure to bring you different speakers with different backgrounds to come and deliver powerfull content to all delegates.

  The speaker slots are split into two sections, therefore two different locations;

  The first area was held in the Diamond hall 1, where we had all our executive speakers speaking and deliver their expertise on the subject they presented. 

  		Kobus Wolvaardt CEO and Software Developer at GoodX Software Mr Wolvaardt is the CEO of GoodX Software and is also a software developer in trade. Mr Wolvaardt has been part of the GoodX family for several years, but took over from his mother, the late Dr Dirkie Wolvaardt who started GoodX. Mr Wolvaardt is passionate about putting the best Practice Management software for medical practices in the market.
  		Jacques Combrink Software developer at GoodX Software Mr Combrink is one of our head software developer and is always looking for room of improvement. Mr Combrink ensures that they do all the necessary market research in order to perform any new task at hand.
  		Samantha Foulston New business developer and Regional manager at GoodX Software Samantha is a passionate marketer and is extraordinary in her field.  She knows the software's ins and outs and can give you a demo on every different feature available.
  		Margot Brews  Lead Health risk and Business Solutions Architect, Momentum Group Limited With a background in health care delivery, financing, as well as a master’s degree in business administration, Margot holds over 25     years of experience in the design and implementation of health risk management, health claims management, medical funds   governance and workplace wellness solution.
  		Piet Le Roux Chief Executive officer at Sakeliga Flourishing societies require economic order. Ensuring this is the responsibility of business people, not states. He works at the Sakeliga to do this, by developing scalable solutions to state failure in the public interest.
  		Dr Dean van der Westhuizen  Ophthalmic surgeon        Dr Dean is an ophthalmic surgeon who trained at Groote Schuur hospital in Cape Town. He studied medicine as an undergrad at the University of Cape Town where he was first exposed to the art of cataract surgery, which inspired hm to go onto pursue a career in Ophthalmology.
  		Dr Llewelyn Curlewis Senior lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of Pretoria Dr Curlewis is a senior-lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the university of Pretoria.  He is a former-prosecutor and advocate.
  		Dr Van Zijl Clinical Radiation oncologist For many years Dr Van Zijl spent his time on the management of healthcare systems during which he obtained an MMed community health and master of business science. Oncology lured hm back to cinical work and he went back to the  FS university to obtain an MMed radiation oncology degree. His primary interest is urogenital and in particular prostate cancer - as such he consults at the Pretoria urology hospital.
  		Pierre de Klerk Systems Training & Process Enhancement Specialist (STEPS) Mr De Klerk is a beacon of hope in his particular field of expertise. He is currently employed by GoodX for the past 16 years. His knowledge is extensive on Stock, financial and medical.  Mr De Klerk specialises in analysing and applying software for optimal use.  Mr De Klerk is currently part of the Miradi team, who specialises in special projects in other countries.
  		Louise Esterhuizen Vein wellness - Vascular access nurse practitioner Ms Esterhuizen is passionate about safe vascular access, especially Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICCs). She collaborated with a multidisciplinary team, setting up multiple independent vascular access teams in various hospitals. She is a clinical trainer and vascular access private nurse practitioner. Furthermore, she believes patients should receive the right line the first time for their long-term IV treatment.
  		Micha Klopper Legal Counsel, HR, communications officer and team leader for learning and development Micha was practising as an attorney from 1998, whereas she had her own practice as well as an estate agency. In January 2015 she joined GoodX Software as legal counsel, HR office and sme in the documentation team. She currently manages her own team, that is HR And legal as well as all courses for cpd points.
  		Charissa Bloomberg Radio and TV Celebrity Pschycologist She has a masters in pschycology as well as psychodrama and group dynamics. She has 25 years of extensive international experience in motivational speaking at corporate consulting, coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation in all areas relating to organisational behaviour, leadership and team analysis.

  In a second location GoodX offer training talks on specified features.  In this area new features on that specific topic that are being spoken about will also be revealed. 

  Anyone who wants to gain a better understanding or learn more about a specific topic or feature is welcome to join and either learn or simply refresh their knowledge.
